I used Superior Plumbing again today. 2 years ago I had a water main break under the driveway and they fixed it in hours. Today, a shower faucet cartridge leaking like crazy and replacement of toilet tank hardware on 3 toilets. In an hour and a half? There guys are pros. I will never use any other plumber. My water heater died on Saturday night. I called Superior Monday morning at 8 am. Someone was at my house by 8:30 am. Unfortunately, my 12 year old water heater could not be repaired. They had a new one installed by noon that day. My technician was Brandon. He was great. He had a great personality and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. If I ever need a plumbing service again I will not call anyone else except Superior Plumbing.

We suddenly couldn’t use our toilets so I really wanted same day service. The first place I called couldn’t get to us for several days. I called Superior Plumbing next and left a voicemail. I got an immediate call back and put on the schedule for the same day. He was very helpful over the phone and gave me a 2hr window. Brandon called within that timeframe and gave me a 20 minute ETA. When he arrived, he was very friendly and informative and fixed my problem quickly. He had me run water and do several flushes to ensure the problem was resolved. This company is great! My gas valve on the hot water heater was not working so ....no hot water! Robert came out and fixed it in a very timely fashion. He came at 5 in the afternoon so I could have hot water. Highly recommend this company

I called in a dripping sound coming from behind our shower wall- our plumber Brandon came within 20 minutes, diagnosed the leak after removing a small piece of drywall, and tightened up a pipe connected to the shower valve all within about an hour.. super courteous, helpful, and quick!

Called this morning. Had a plumber at my house this afternoon. Problem was solved by this evening. Robert did an excellent job. Diagnosed the problem and when he found out his schedule was booked for tomorrow he just went ahead and got it done for me tonight. Left no mess and was as professional as could be. Robert went out of his way to make sure I had hot water. After working with the manufacturer support line to diagnose the problem, he found out that my water heater was not repairable but it could be replaced under warranty. He then went to Home Depot himself (which was after business hours at this point), got a new one, and installed it for me, all within hours of my initial call. Excellent job by Robert and Superior Plumbing & Drain.

Robert from Superior Plumbing is the best! The left side of my double kitchen sink had the basket strainer rot out which left that side unusable. I had talked to Robert a couple of times and something kept coming up on my end, so I would have to keep rescheduling. Well today finally worked out for me and Robert came by and replaced the basket strainer and also unstopped my garbage disposal. With all the worry about social distancing and hand washing, I noticed that he washed his hands several times after he finished the job and also gave me some good advice about how to keep my disposal from stopping up again. Robert and his team already had a full day of work scheduled, but because we had no hot water for a family of five, he agreed to personally come out that night and replace it for me. I talked with Robert at length as he installed the unit, and I must say that he is a very personable man who appears to genuinely care about his customers' satisfaction. I called Superior Plumbing & Drain based off the Google Reviews like the one I am posting. I had a difficult issue which they dealt with promptly and effectively. They were at my front door when expected. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They diagnosed and fixed a difficult leak. I felt like the price was more than fair. I was very impressed with this company and I will definitely use them again. It was very obvious by the way that both plumbers (Brandon and Robert) conducted themselves that their reputation is important to them.

Our water heater went out on a Monday, I called a couple of places to get quotes and ask a few questions. When I spoke with Robert from Superior Plumbing & Drain, he was courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was cheaper than other plumbing companies I spoke with and he could do it the next day. He arrived at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. He was professional and very friendly. As he was writing out our receipt, I asked him about replacing our garbage disposal, he flipped the switch and said it was just stopped up. He went to his truck and brought back a turn key and with a simple turn the disposal was working again. I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Drain for all your plumbing needs. We need several faucets replaced and we will definitely be calling Robert and Superior Plumbing.

All of the water draining from anywhere upstairs in my house was coming up through the toilet in my downstairs bathroom. I called and explained what the issue was. The polite, professional woman who answered the phone immediately told me what it sounded like the issue was and gave me an appt the next day. Brandon arrived about 15 minutes early. He was extremely polite and friendly. He immediately got to work and wasted no time. I don’t know how to compare prices on plumbing services but feel I was treated fairly and will use Superior Plumbing should a plumbing need arise in the future.

Beau replaced 4 angle stops under our sink. He did a great job in a timely fashion. Once the water was turned on noticed it was still leaking. He checked the water pressure and it was 140psi, it’s supposed to be 60. Beau crawled under our house and replaced the water pressure regulator. Now we have no leaks and 60psi water pressure. The total price was spot on with my google searches. We will call them again.

i definitely recommend Superior Plumbing. A couple of weeks ago they installed a new toilet and moved an existing toilet to another bathroom for me. Brandon Bass was the plumber that took care of this and did an excellent job. Tonight, Robert the owner, went to my son's house to check on a hot water heater that was not working. After examining the hot water heater, he determined that it was non repairable. Fortunately, Robert recognized that it was still under warranty. Although it was after 5pm, he went ahead and went to Home Depot to get the replacement hot water heater so that my Son and his wife would have hot water tonight. They had been without hot water for 6 days.Thanks to Robert for his dedication and hard work to take care of his customers.

They came to see us the same day we called, and even though they had to see us at a later time than originally scheduled, they called in a timely manner to change times and were extremely courteous. Great experience! Brandon came out and took care of a clogged sink. Very personable, polite, conscientious and great attention to detail. Arrived on time and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived!

I called yesterday morning, and asked if they could send someone to take a look at my clogged kitchen sink drain. I had already tried to unclog it myself, and even a 25 feet auger line wasn't long enough to reach the clog. The plumber they sent was very polite and knowledgeable, and unclogged the drain in a short time period, and sent out the auger line the entire 60 feet length, to make sure that nothing was beyond the grease clog that was causing my problems. He also gave some good advice on maintaining the pipes. The cost of the service was reasonable, and they do have printable coupons on their website. I would certainly recommend this company, if you need something done the same day, and expect professional service.

HIGHLY SUGGEST you call Robert with Superior Plumbing for any needs. They came out quickly and did an EXCELLENT job of replacing a pump in our basement. Not only was he efficient, but he was extremely friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home.

I had 3 jobs that needed attention, a clogged kitchen sink, a leaky bathroom faucet and a toilet that didn't fill up all the way. Robert fixed all three in about a hour and a half. He was very professional, very neat and a genuinely nice guy. He did a really great job and I would recommend him to anybody who wants the job done right... the first time!

Super company!! Our bathroom sinks were both completely clogged and water wouldn't drain. After attempting to fix them myself with no success I called and they were here within the hour. Problem solved! Excellent price and friendly guys. Will definitely call them again if needed.
